Total Fitness Coaching is our capstone coaching program utilizing our complete coaching toolbox. Total Fitness Coaching features The Recipe for Inner Freedom, uniquely effective means for creating 'freedom inside your own skin' - freedom from conditioning, compulsion, unsupportive habits, and self limiting fears - producing greater flexibility, focus, effectiveness, control, and natural ease.

Total Fitness coaching includes Advanced Mind Training and Advanced Self-mastery, resulting in the following kinds of benefits - across life contexts.

Advanced Mind Training includes powerfully effective centering and mindfulness practices - skills of inner freedom - practical, tried and true means supporting consistent success, inner peace and expansive happiness, regardless of circumstances.

How do we begin?

We value our coaching relationships and work well beyond the expected monetary and time exchange. We hold our clients in a sacred place, honoring their individuality and their unique path to authenticity and Success.

No matter the coaching option chosen, you enjoy unlimited support between sessions via email and brief supplementary phone calls. Additionally, supportive written or recorded materials may also be provided for your reference and application between sessions. Ongoing skillful support means we keep your feet grounded and moving on the path of success. You won't get stuck, and you never waste time.

After a screening call to determine your fit as a client, our coaching association begins with a two-hour intake session. In this important meeting we set a firm foundation for the coaching relationship and take our first steps together. With a strong foundation in place, Total Fitness Coaching proceeds along one of three possible paths.

1. Inner Fitness Workout

In addition to ongoing support between sessions, this focused coaching will pry your mind away from its habitual and conditioned mode of operation as we systematically cultivate Total Inner Fitness. This workout applies our complete coaching toolbox to your life of action and achievement - including Advanced Mind Training and Advanced Self-mastery - skills of inner freedom - practical, powerful methods supporting consistent success regardless of specific goals or challenges. Through weekly assignments over six months of coaching, you will master practical, powerfully effective abilities and skills essential for consistent, satisfying success. These are proven, practical methods anyone can master with proper guidance and skilled support, regardless of specific goals or challenges. 

2. Fitness Coaching on Retainer

In addition to ongoing support between sessions, this option provides you with an 'inner fitness' coach on demand for life's big issues and challenges. This coaching alliance banks 12 individual performance coaching calls to use at any time for up to one year from your intake session. When you want to schedule a call, simply email or phone the office. In most cases, the coaching call will be scheduled within one business day of your request. Calls can be scheduled as single sessions or in double session blocks - supporting significant skill development.

3. Quarterly Fitness Tune-ups

In addition to ongoing support between sessions, this coaching alliance provides you with a regular opportunity to look at significant occurrences, movements and trends from the past three months and make conscious decisions about how to maximize performance and effectiveness, leveraging your time and effort. You may also want to use this time to shape your activities and choices for the immediate future or to think strategically about the unfolding year. You may be invited to commit to specific action plans. You will bank four quarterly coaching sessions of two or three hours each.
