How do we begin?

We value our coaching relationships and work well beyond the expected monetary and time exchange. We hold our clients in a sacred place, honoring their individuality and their unique path to authenticity and Success.

No matter the coaching option chosen, you enjoy unlimited support between sessions via email and brief supplementary phone calls. Additionally, supportive written or recorded materials may also be provided for your reference and application between sessions. Ongoing skillful support means we keep your feet grounded and moving on the path of success. You won't get stuck, and you never waste time.

After a screening call to determine your fit as a client, our coaching association begins with a two-hour intake session. In this important meeting we set a firm foundation for the coaching relationship and take our first steps together. With a strong foundation in place, Confidence Coaching proceeds along one of three possible paths.

1. Core Confidence Workout

The core confidence workout will pry your mind away from its habitual and conditioned mode of operation as we apply The Recipe for Confidence to your sense of self, your skills, and your abilities. This coaching experience facilitates the growth of healthy self-esteem and empowering self-confidence, enabling purposeful, successful, and happy living. Through weekly assignments over five months of coaching - in addition to ongoing support between sessions - we enable practical, powerfully effective self development concurrently with the systematic development of abilities and skills essential for consistent, satisfying success. These are proven, practical methods anyone can master with proper guidance and skilled support, regardless of specific goals or challenges.

2. Confidence Coaching on Retainer

In addition to ongoing support between sessions, this option provides you with a confidence coach on demand for life's big issues and challenges. This coaching alliance banks 12 individual performance coaching calls to use at any time for up to one year from your intake session. When you want to schedule a call, simply email or phone the office. In most cases, the coaching call will be scheduled within one business day of your request. Calls can be scheduled as single sessions or in double session blocks - supporting significant skill development.

3. Core Confidence Tune-ups

In addition to ongoing support between sessions, this coaching alliance provides you with a regular opportunity to look at significant occurrences, movements and trends from the past three months and make conscious decisions about how to maximize performance and effectiveness, leveraging your time and effort. You may also want to use this time to shape your activities and choices for the immediate future or to think strategically about the unfolding year. You may be invited to commit to specific action plans. You will bank four quarterly coaching sessions of two or three hours each.
